Day 11

73.4 kg up a bit but to be expected

Those two extra hoops just became one, that I hopped through this afternoon, just waiting for the result, will know by Tue :-)

The day was going well but now having found something out I'm disappointed and a tad stressed.

Day 10

73.1kg on the scales and after two and a 'half' days of low carbs I am caving - know its meant to be three whole days but I feel ill, and have no energy :-(

Stressed - not only Dax that has me jumping through hoops!

Arrggghhh!

Nothing to do with MAP, although people are me making through a stupid number of hoops, so I can do something.

Whats annoying me is I wasn't warned about the lastest two hoops, thought I was home and dry, bar signing paperwork!

Day 9 - morning

Crawled out of bed managed 5 rounds of ICP
73.8kg on the scales

Day 8 - wiped out

Since about 5pm I have felt wiped out, I ache all over and my stomach feels slightly upset - not sure if its going low carbs thats done this :-(

I will try and stick to low carbs, I had a kind of low carb day, well by my carb addict standards yesterday, bar some oats and an apple at breakfast everything I ate had a pretty low GL level even the strawberries and cherries.

Can't wait till the carb loading day, I know full well the only reason I haven't had an apple or some oats is there are none in, although everytime I open the fridge I have to stop myself grabbing the yogurt!

ED I can do - ED low carb, maybe a step too far.

Day 7 - panic over

I mis-read Dax's update last night, were looking at the GL not the GI, and can have any veg, for some reason, last night I thought along with everything else I'd have to give up carrots.

I will be drawing up a shopping list this morning to cover the next three days, then going and getting it :-)

Day 6 - Panic!

No/low carbs as of tommorrow - Dax is joking right?

Luckily after checking the forums I can take a day or two to eat the carbs and fruit I have in, then start carb cycling - phew - although no apples, oats or yogurt for 3 days what am I going to eat? Even my new fav Quinoa is banned :-(

Am feeling down my mindset/will power is being questioned - although I bet the person doing the questioning will be shocked to find out I'm a PT too - I get their point, but I also wouldn't shock/stress a client like this. I know Dax will have good reason for doing things this way, but I wonder how many people will be thinking stuff this and giving up? - really hope its not too many.

Day 6 - Morning! 1kg lost so far.

As the title says :-)

I'm not disappointed as I only did the Elimination Diet last month and the first week of that dropped 6lbs, so I suspect my bodys dumped the worst of its toxic load, although I did have a week off ED before starting MAP, so did have some toxins to shift out of my system.

Day 5

Three workouts done, diet adhered to.

Still suffering from DOMS, particulalry in my glutes, hamstings and pecs.

Day 4

Two workouts down and two to go.

Bit of a crazy day today, but ulitmately productive.

About to part with several hunderd pounds, but its all to further my career, so while it scares me to be forking over cash the outcome should be lots more cash.

Day 3

Cooked some Quinoa - well over cooked it but it still didn't taste too bad.

3 workouts and stuck with clean eating all day.

Day 2 - supplements

3 workouts done, plan to do workout 4 just before bed.

Busy day today, with an hour spent in town hunting down, zinc, m
agnesium, fish oil and idonized salt.

The result as you can see in the picture was, magnesium spray as its absorbed by the body better than tablets are , pure cod liver oil, Zinc with othe vitimins but seems a better option than the other ones I saw, and plain sea salt, ingredients only salt - idonized salt seems hard to find in Milton Keynes, if I do start getting cramp though I will order some idonized salt from somewhere.

While in Holland and Barratt (thats were the salt came from the rest is from Boots on there 3 for 2 offer) I picked up some quinoa,
will be fun trying to cook that tommorrow.

Food wise, no cheating today, but then again for me that is the easy bit.

Doh! Messed up meltdown

Now I bet your thinking how'd she manage that?

Well I did the exercises as a circuit instead of repeating the same pair four times :-)

At least I did the Meltdown workout today, thats one better than yesterday.

First day

First day, okay I admit it I haven't done all the workouts, my only 'excuse' is I signed into the group yesterday afternoon and had no time to look over the workouts properly till gone 3pm today.

Anyway I now have my figures for the Individual Circuits, Meltdown audio downloaded and exercises noted, Power circuit sheet printed.

So I've done the Individual circuits, plan on doing power circuits before bed, then tommorrow I'll do all four sessions.

At least food wise I haven't cheated.

My measurements
75kg - 165.3lbs
Chest 105.5cm
Mid-seciton 91.5cm
Upper arm 34cm
Hips 104cm
Thigh 4" 45cm
Thigh 8" 51.5cm

Before Photos

Well I found the camera.....
then I picked the most flattering outfit ever :P - actually I picked the most honest outfit I could, even avoided wearing a black top that would have hidden the lumps and bumps a lot better.
I was aware of my pregnant looking stomach, but I didn't realise my backside was so big!

-Anyway Dax can I now join the MAP group please :)

Where's the camera?

Seriously where has my digital camera gone - can't have gone far, but its managed to do a disappearing act when I actually need it!

I need my camera in order to take my before pictures to qualify for Dax Moy's Fatloss MAP Challenge starting on the 7th June.

Time to get an unexpected work out in, a mix of cardio and resistance training as I turn my home upside down to find a 4x3x1 inch chunk of plastic - that for once is not my mobile phone - at least I can ring that when I mis- place it :D
